We do our best to ship your order carefully and as quickly as possible. Depending on the size of the product, your order is delivered by parcel post or by a specialised carrier.

Shipping costs

For larger products delivered by carrier, the following shipping costs apply:

• Netherlands: €49
• Belgium: €49
• Germany: €105
• France: €150

Additional transport costs may apply for delivery to the Wadden Islands. The current shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies per product. You'll find the current or expected delivery time on each product page. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, it is handed over to the parcel service or carrier. For larger products, the carrier will contact you if needed to arrange delivery.

Delivery of large products

Many of our products are too large or heavy for regular parcel post due to their size or weight. These orders are therefore carefully delivered by a specialised carrier.

Please make sure someone is available at the agreed time to receive the order, and that the delivery location is easily accessible for the carrier. Can't be there after all? Please contact us as soon as possible — we're happy to look at the options together to avoid unnecessary extra transport costs. If an agreed delivery cannot take place because no one is present, the cost of a new delivery attempt may be charged. We will of course inform you of this before a new delivery is scheduled.
